The Gloucester City Library
Gloucester City Library's children's programs begin January 16th and will run until June 13th.
Tiny Tots - Wednesdays 10:00-10:30 Ages 12 to 36 months
Child sits on parent's lap for stories, songs & a craft to take home.
Fun Days - Each Monday afternoon 4:00 - 5:00 Different activities each week
Movie Tuedays continue each week at 3:45 and last about 90 minutes. Check our website or visit the library for a complete schedule.
The next Wii Write for students in grades 4-8 will be held on Thursday January 19 from 6:30 - 8:00.
Enjoy a fun writing activity, snack & play Wii games.
We have a new program for students of all ages- Project: Library! Each Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 - 5:00 we will open our meeting room (and craft closet) for kids to work on class projects or homework assignments. Have fun with your friends and get your work done at the same time!

Celebrations Events for 2012
Little Mr. & Mrs. - March 9, 2012
for 1st grade students that live in Gloucester City at Cold Spring School at 7 pm.
Registration must be turned in 1 week prior to the event.
Easter Celebration - March 31, 2012, the week prior to Easter
at Cold Spring School for ages 10 & under at 10 am.
Memorial Day - May 28, 2012
starting with Memorial Services at the Cemeteries, then services at the Monument at 11 am.
Followed by a Parade to Proprietors Park.
4th of July Celebration - Wednesday, July 4, 2012
Parade and Fireworks are held at Gloucester High School
Gloucester Day - Saturday, October 6, 2012
at Martin's Lake at 12 noon. A family event with vendors, games, rides and lots of fun.
Veterans Day - November 12, 2012
at monument on Broadway between Monmouth & Somerset Streets
Christmas Event - December 8, 2012
at 6 pm on Broadway & Monmouth Streets. Tree lighting event with holiday events afterwards.
