Requests for Proposals for Title Search and Insurance Services
The City of Gloucester City requests a proposal to provide the City with all aspects of title services including searching of titles and providing title insurance. Interested parties should provide a proposal to Jack L. Lipsett, City Administrator listing the services to be provided and the costs thereof. This proposal should be received by Mr. Lipsett at his office at Municipal Building, 512 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, New Jersey 08030 by May 18, 2012. The criteria for selection shall be the services provided and the costs thereof. The City reserves the right to make multiple selections from the submitted proposals and does not intend this process to result in an exclusive or solitary provider of title services.
