The CFO completes the City’s Annual Financial Statement (AFS) and complies with the annual Audit report for any corrections to the City’s records. Click here to see the AFS and/or City Audit Reports

The City’s monthly expenditures  of equipment & services are audited and compiled by the finance office staff and are paid after approval by the Governing Body at the Council Meeting at the end of each month. The payment of these Bill Lists are sent to the vendors on the Monday after the Council meeting approval.
